Terms of Service — Goalbar

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Goalbar ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Windows devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App, or data shown in it, for any unlawful purpose or for betting services

3. Price

Goalbar is free. It has no advertising and no in-app purchases.

4. Football Data

Scores, fixtures, tables, and statistics come from football-data.org and can be a few minutes behind. The App shows when data was last updated and does not label delayed scores as live. Data is provided for information only, and we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or up to date.

5. AI Summaries

Match recaps and daily round-ups are generated by AI from match data and are labeled as AI-generated. They may contain mistakes. Check official sources for an authoritative record of match events.

6. News and Highlights

News headlines belong to their publishers, and highlight videos belong to the official channels that publish them on YouTube. Articles and videos open in your browser, and their use is governed by the terms of those publishers and of YouTube. We do not own or control this content.

7. Trademarks and Independence

Goalbar is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any league, or any club. Competition names, team names, and crests belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party data, news, or video services will remain available.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UQDZ LAB IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON DATA OR SUMMARIES SHOWN IN THE APP.

10. Changes

We may update or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
