Terms of Service — World Cup 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using World Cup 2026("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Windows devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any features or licensing mechanisms

3. Purchase and Refunds

The App is sold as a one-time purchase through the Microsoft Store. Refund requests are subject to Microsoft's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly — all billing is handled by Microsoft.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Live data will be available at all times or updated in real time
• Third-party services (API-Football, YouTube, news feeds) will remain available

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

The App integrates with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

8. FIFA and Other Trademarks

"FIFA", "FIFA World Cup", "World Cup 2026", and related marks are registered trademarks of FIFA. Team names, national federation names, and tournament names are the property of their respective owners.

World Cup 2026 (the App) is an independent fan application and is not affiliated with, licensed by, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the United States Soccer Federation, Canada Soccer, the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol, or any national football association.

All team flags, country names, and statistical data are used for informational and fan engagement purposes under fair use principles.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your devices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App publisher operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
